Office Depot's Web Cafe provides a variety of free training opportunities both live and archived. All you need is to sign up and login to an interesting learning venue.
Principal Financial Groups also sponsors free teleclasses on a variety of topics. Check out the archive of classes on a variety of topics of interest to many women.
